Experience with FCI Rally Obedience
It will be two years now. We entered our first trial in April 2024, and less than a year later, our first FCI trial. Even though it's our newest sport, it very quickly became an inseparable part of our journey together.
What I love most about FCI Rally Obedience
What fascinates me most is that even though you know all the exercises, you never know what the course will look like. Each one is a different psychological challenge for both handler and dog, and it's exactly this unpredictability that I enjoy most about Rally Obedience.
Best Result achieved with my Dog
Slovak Champion in Rally Obedience 2024, Slovak Vice-Champion in Rally Obedience 2026. European Champion in Dog Dancing 2024, Slovak Champion in Dog Dancing 2024 and 2025.
Other Dog Sports I do
Our main sport is dog dancing, in which we have represented Slovakia for many years at top international events, including world championships. The skills, teamwork, and communication we built through it have become a solid foundation for our journey in Rally Obedience as well.
Especially looking forward to
Simply being there with Ravi and make new memories together. I'm also really looking forward to gaining new experience and finding out how far our journey together can take us. Furthermore, it brings me enormous joy that, for the first time in history, Slovakia will participate in the FCI Rally Obedience World Championship as a full national team. It's a great honour for me to be part of such an historic event.

Viktória Kekešová & Abby Wölfe Mohn (Abby)
Team
Experience with FCI Rally Obedience
I've been doing Rally Obedience for two years. My girl Abby and I started out in working dog sport and later moved on to IFH tracking, for which we needed a complementary sport — and that's how we got into Rally Obedience.
What I love most about FCI Rally Obedience
What I like most about Rally Obedience is that the handler can communicate with their dog the entire time.
Best Result achieved with my Dog
Abby is a truly versatile girl. She has passed the SVV2, IGP3, IFH3, and RO3 trials. This year we took part in the qualification trials for the IGP-FH Tracking World Championship as well as the qualification trials for the Rally Obedience World Championship.
Other Dog Sports I do
IGP and IFH.
Especially looking forward to
I'm looking forward to being part of the team that will represent Slovakia at the World Championship.

Jaroslava Kniežová & Bacardi Blue Javael Bohemia (Kerdy)
Team
Experience with FCI Rally Obedience
Two years.
What I love most about FCI Rally Obedience
The teamwork between human and dog. Communication and handling feel more natural to me here than in IGP or Obedience. In Rally Obedience I can communicate with my dog more naturally and work with his mindset by supporting and encouraging him all the way.
Best Result achieved with my Dog
We've qualified for the national team for the second year running; we won the SV Internationales Rally Obedience Jubiläumsturnier WUSV 2024 in Germany; and we took 2nd place in the team competition at the European Open 2025 in Hungary.
Other Dog Sports I do
IGP, passing the IGP3, SPr3, and IBGH3 trials. We also competed in Obedience, reaching OB3. We're also flirting a little with NoseWork-style scent detection.
Especially looking forward to
Kerdy throws himself — sometimes with almost too much joy — into everything I offer him, and I'm really looking forward to enjoying that happy enthusiasm of his at an event with such a unique atmosphere.

Hans Petz & Chicavallo Berry Blossom (Berry)
Team
Experience with FCI Rally Obedience
My five-year-old Border Collie, Berry, and I have been training and competing in Rally Obedience for about three years now. Our first — though unofficial — start in the FCI class was in November 2024
What I love most about FCI Rally Obedience
The focus on cooperation between dog and handler. No two courses are ever the same, so without proper communication, even if you can perform every exercise perfectly, you will never truly succeed. Hence, Rally Obedience is a wonderful showcase of how beautiful the connection between humans and dogs can be.
Best Result achieved with my Dog
We are proud holders of two Slovak Junior Rally Obedience Champion titles, earned in 2024 and 2025.
Other Dog Sports I do
The first sport Berry and I ever got into — and one we still regularly compete in alongside Rally Obedience — is Obedience. Besides those two, we've also tried a whole range of other sports, including NoseWork, herding, and dog dancing.
Especially looking forward to
I feel incredibly honoured to be part of the Slovak representation at the World Championship, and I hope to make the most of this valuable opportunity. I can't wait to watch all the hard-working teams compete and to meet fellow Rally Obedience enthusiasts. Most of all, though, I'm excited to have a great time doing what we love — with my dog and everyone else on Team Slovakia.

Team
Experience with FCI Rally Obedience
I've been doing Rally Obedience for about two years.
What I love most about FCI Rally Obedience
That it combines precision, focus, and above all cooperation between dog and human. It's a sport in which we're constantly learning from each other, and every training session moves us forward. My greatest joy comes from the moments when Xevyta and I work as one team, trust each other, and genuinely enjoy the work together.
Best Result achieved with my Dog
Xevyta and I have passed the SVV2 and IGP3 trials. However, for us, the greatest success isn't any single result, but the journey that has brought us all the way to representing Slovakia at the World Championship.
Other Dog Sports I do
IGP
Especially looking forward to
I'm looking forward to the unique atmosphere of the event, to meeting people from different countries, and to the opportunity to represent Slovakia together with Xevyta. It's a great honour for us to be part of the Slovak delegation, and at the same time a beautiful
